Return & Refund Policy
- Once payment is made, orders cannot be changed.
- Items can only be returned or refunded if the receiver receives the wrong item or a defective item.
- For art prints (international orders) and phone cases, items are produced and shipped directly by our printing partners located closest to your country.
- If there is any issue with the item received, please contact us at studio@artrinah.com with photo evidence.
- We will then contact our printing partner to arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Policy (International Orders)
- Original paintings and brushes are shipped from Malaysia.
- Art prints and phone cases are shipped directly from our worldwide printing partners to reduce shipping costs for international customers.
- Since our merchandise (art prints and phone cases) is produced and shipped by different suppliers, you may receive items separately, with separate shipping costs.
- If you purchase original paintings and brushes together with art prints or phone cases, these will be shipped separately, and different shipping rates will apply.
- We are not responsible for delays, defects, or losses caused by the shipping company. However, we will assist in contacting the courier and filing a claim if needed. Please note that compensation amounts may be less than the item’s full value.
- Customs & Duties:
- All original paintings are duty-free in most countries, including the United States.
- Some countries may apply VAT or GST on imports.
- These charges are collected by your local customs office or courier and are not additional fees from us.
- Any extra duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and refunds will not be issued if the receiver refuses to pay the import fees.
Shipping Policy (Malaysia Orders)
- Original paintings, art prints, and brushes will be shipped directly from us in Malaysia.
- Art prints are made to order, so if you purchase an original painting and art prints together, they will be shipped once the prints are ready.
- Phone cases are not made locally. They are shipped directly from our international partners in the US, Europe, and UK. You may notice a separate (and higher) shipping rate for these items.

Welcome to Art Rinah, an independent art business founded by Malaysian artist, Arinah Rozhan.
I create dreamy, pastel-coloured acrylic paintings inspired by the beauty of nature, peaceful landscapes, ocean views, and flowers. Through my art, I hope to bring a sense of calm, warmth, and joy into people’s everyday lives.
At Art Rinah, I offer original acrylic paintings, art prints, and artist-designed painting supplies, including my signature paintbrush set, created to inspire fellow artists in their creative journey.
Every piece is thoughtfully created with a love for colours, details, and the beauty of the world around us.
