ORDERING PROCESS
How to Order
- Please contact me via WhatsApp or email at studio@artrinah.com with your commission inquiry, and I will provide you with the price catalog and a quotation
- You may send me your image reference, inspiration, or concept idea. I will review it first to confirm whether I can take on the painting.
- You are welcome to send your inquiry at any time; however, I may respond during our business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Malaysia time).
Deposit & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot once we confirm the order. The remaining balance is due after the painting is completed, before shipment.
Slot Priority
- Slots are reserved based on who completes the deposit payment first.
Timeline Updates
- After receiving the deposit, I will inform you of your confirmed slot date.
- I will update you again about a week before I begin working on your painting.
- The painting process typically takes 2 weeks to 1–2 months, depending on the canvas size and the complexity of the scenery.
Approval Process
- Once the painting is finished, I will send you a photo for approval. After approval, I will apply a gloss varnish for painting protection. The varnish takes about 3–5 days to dry before the painting is ready for shipment.
Shipping
- Shipping fees will be provided after you choose your canvas size.
Deposit Policy
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where I cancel the order.
Agreement
- By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above. Please find the details for the requested painting below

Painting Price
- The final price may increase from the starting rate depending on the complexity of the scenery requested.
Collage & Text
- Collage-style artworks (multiple scenes in one canvas) and any text additions will have an extra charge.
Canvas Size
- Canvas size options depend on the availability of stock at the time of ordering.
Portraits / Faces / Abstract Art
- I am not an abstract or portrait artist, I do not accept face-focused portrait requests.
- You may request human figures, but only from the back or side where facial details are minimal.
- If you still want the face included, there will be an additional fee. I will try my best to follow the reference, but please understand that results may vary. Thank you for your understanding!
Animal Requests
- I can include animals as part of a landscape scenery. However, I rarely paint animals, so please do not expect a highly realistic result—though I will always do my best!
Medium
- All paintings are created using acrylic paint only. Each piece will be finished with a gloss varnish for protection
Restrictions
- I do not paint nudity, heavily intimate or sexual scenes
