Return, Refund and Shipping

Return & Refund Policy

  • Once payment is made, orders cannot be changed.
  • Items can only be returned or refunded if the receiver receives the wrong item or a defective item.
  • For art prints (international orders) and phone cases, items are produced and shipped directly by our printing partners located closest to your country.
    • If there is any issue with the item received, please contact us at studio@artrinah.com with photo evidence.
    • We will then contact our printing partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy (International Orders)

  • Original paintings and brushes (coming soon) are shipped from Malaysia.
  • Art prints and phone cases are shipped directly from our worldwide printing partners to reduce shipping costs for international customers.
  • Since our merchandise (art prints and phone cases) is produced and shipped by different suppliers, you may receive items separately, with separate shipping costs.
  • If you purchase original paintings together with art prints or phone cases, these will be shipped separately, and different shipping rates will apply.
  • We are not responsible for delays, defects, or losses caused by the shipping company. However, we will assist in contacting the courier and filing a claim if needed. Please note that compensation amounts may be less than the item’s full value.
  • Customs & Duties:
    • All original paintings are duty-free in most countries, including the United States.
    • Some countries may apply VAT or GST on imports.
    • These charges are collected by your local customs office or courier and are not additional fees from us.
    • Any extra duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Policy (Malaysia Orders)

  • Original paintings, art prints, and brushes (coming soon) will be shipped directly from us in Malaysia.
  • Art prints are made to order, so if you purchase an original painting and art prints together, they will be shipped once the prints are ready.
  • Phone cases are not made locally. They are shipped directly from our international partners in the US, Europe, and UK. You may notice a separate (and higher) shipping rate for these items.
